“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic other than the pillows. They were pretty flat but I did request to have an extra pillow because I normally sleep with extra and the gentleman ended up going downstairs and got me some brand new pillows which were perfect. The only area of improvement I would suggest is the Bistro was very tiny and essentially was transformed to Starbucks the next morning. “If you book through expedia or other sites, make sure you provide your HHonors number at check in or they will refuse to print a receipt for you. I had to complain with the customer service twice before the hotel emailed the stay receipt via email. Something they refused to do at check out, because I did not book on their website. The hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is friendly and professional. The wifi is fast, if compared with other hampton inn, the gym is very good, rooms are spacious....
